    • Ensure a stable internet connection during the transaction. Kishor Institute will not be liable for failed payments due to technical issues on your end.

Refund and Cancellation Policies

    • Entrance examination fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
    • Refunds may only be processed in case of duplicate payments. Applicants must provide proof of both transactions for verification.
  2. Cancellation Policy
    • Payments once made cannot be canceled.
    • If you wish to withdraw your application, no refund will be provided for the examination fee.
  3. Transaction Issues
    • In case of failed transactions, the amount (if debited) will be refunded automatically by the payment gateway to your account within 7-10 working days.
